Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Senior Mobile Maintenance Planner to lead planning for mobile equipment and fixed plant at Cortez/Goldrush. You will drive maintenance strategies, budgets, and schedules while ensuring safety, reliability, and cost control.

The role requires senior-level planning expertise, CMMS proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Pronto/JD Edwards), and strong leadership to mentor planners and optimize performance in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• Deep technical understanding of maintenance planning and asset reliability.
• Experience leading underground maintenance planning teams and budgets.
• Proven ability to manage CMMS data and workflow processes.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance plans for mobile equipment and assets.
• Oversee demand screening, prioritization, and coordination to align with safety and production needs.
• Develop job plans, work packs, and labor estimates with accurate components and safety requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecast spend, and monitor variances against plans.
• Provide leadership and governance for planning standards and data integrity.
