Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Planner at Turquoise Ridge Mine to ensure planned and scheduled maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently. The role collaborates with operations, purchasing and warehouses, manages budgets and backlogs, and uses SAP and SharePoint to track work, labor, parts and invoices.

Strong communication and planning skills are essential in a fast-paced mining environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience with computer-based maintenance planning/scheduling.
Maintenance planning background preferred.
Previous maintenance planning experience SAP preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
Strong safety and environmental awareness preferred.
Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule routine maintenance for Mobile Maintenance Fleet at Turquoise Ridge Mine.
Upload and maintain labor, costs, and materials in SAP and SharePoint.
Coordinate with partners to ensure SOWs, invoices, and agreements are followed.
Maintain backlog and collaborate with supervisors and other planners.
Develop task and material lists and review stock levels.
Coordinate with maintenance, operations, purchasing, warehouse staff, and vendors.
Maintain annual budget and forecasts for Maintenance Fleet activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
