Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines in Elko, NV is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Planner II to optimize underground maintenance planning and scheduling. You will work in the Underground Maintenance team to improve efficiency using planned, predictive, and maintenance techniques and systems.

The role requires five years of mobile equipment mechanic experience, proficiency with MS Office and Oracle, and a proven safe work record.

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of mobile equipment mechanic experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle preferred.
Validated safe work record required.
Ability to work in a team-based maintenance organization.
Ability to perform the essential functions of this position.

Responsibilities

Complete scheduling of weekly maintenance plans for Major Repair shop.
Ensure proper job packets and schedules are maintained and distributed.
Run and report on maintenance KPI's.
Assist other planners in closing and scanning work orders.
Communicate well with operations and maintenance personnel.
Improve maintenance efficiency using planned, predictive, and maintenance techniques.
Write purchase requisitions for unavailable material.
Track progress of ordered material and schedule work once parts arrive.
Assist supervisors with job priority and maintenance schedule changes.
