Delve Underground is seeking a Construction Manager to lead world-class underground and heavy civil projects in the United States. The role requires directing project teams and ensuring delivery on time and within budget, while representing the owner in contract administration.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in heavy civil, 15+ years in construction management of large underground work, and a Civil Engineering degree with professional registration. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in heavy civil with underground projects.
• 15+ years in construction management of large underground infrastructure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or overseas equivalent.
• Engineering registration/certification.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as project owner's representative, managing contractors and contract administration.
• Oversee a construction management team including engineers, cost controllers, and inspectors.
• Lead discussions, meetings, and workshops with stakeholders.
• Plan and oversee schedules, specifications, and budget reports.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and risk management efforts.
