Job summary

Delve Underground is seeking a Construction Manager to lead major tunnel projects across transport, water, and energy sectors. This full-time role requires directing project teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintaining client focus on safety and quality.

The candidate will oversee budgets up to $500M, coordinate with multiple engineers, and contribute to growth opportunities while traveling to various sites in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required (overseas equivalent accepted).
• Certification/registration as an engineering professional required.
• Must speak and write English professionally.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner's representative, manage contractors and payments, and oversee progress reporting.
• Lead construction management team including resident engineers and inspectors.
• Plan, schedule, and budget deliverables; lead QA/QC reviews.
• Develop risk management, opportunities, and client relations.
