Job summary

Delve Underground is seeking a Construction Manager to lead world-class tunnel projects in the United States. These full-time roles require directing project teams, managing budgets up to $500 million, and representing the owner with contractors.

Ideal candidates have 20+ years in heavy civil, 15+ years in underground project management, a Civil Engineering degree, and professional registration. English fluency and ability to travel to project sites are required.

Qualifications

• 20+ years heavy civil industry experience with 15+ years in construction management of large underground projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or overseas equivalent).
• English language proficiency and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as project owner's representative, manage contractors, handle payments, change orders, time extensions, claims and certificates of completion.
• Lead construction management team including resident engineers and inspectors, and oversee QA/QC reviews.
• Plan and oversee schedules, specifications, and budget reports; oversee deliverables.
