Job summary

Delve Underground is seeking a Construction Manager to lead major underground infrastructure projects. The role is full-time and requires directing project teams, managing budgets up to $500 million, and delivering projects on time and on budget across transport, water, sewer, and gas pipeline programs.

You will act as owner's representative, coordinate with engineers and field staff, develop schedules and QA/QC plans, and promote the company's growth through client relations and industry

Qualifications

• 20+ years heavy civil industry experience, incl. large underground projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or overseas equivalent.
• Registration/certification as an engineer or technologist.

Responsibilities

• Act as project owner's representative with contractors and handle contract admin duties.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary construction management team and lead meetings.
• Plan and oversee schedules, specifications and budget reports.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and risk management activities.
• Develop business strategies and represent the company at industry events.
• Promote Delve Underground growth within strategic plans.
