Job summary

HOLT CAT in Irving, Texas is seeking an experienced Undercarriage Field Technician to service the north Texas region. The role performs complex diagnosis and repairs on heavy construction equipment undercarriage at customer sites or in the shop.

Must have own tools, valid CDL Class B, a safe driving record, and be able to pass a DOT physical. Essential functions include leading teams on large projects, documenting service reports, and maintaining equipment and work areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy construction equipment repair.
• Undercarriage repair experience preferred.
• Caterpillar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs extensive repairs on equipment undercarriage in field or shop.
• Disassembles, inspects, and rebuilds undercarriage components.
• Operates tools and machines used in undercarriage rebuilding.
• Lead and mentor other undercarriage technicians on projects.
