Holt CAT, a leading Caterpillar dealer, seeks an experienced Field Service Technician for the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas region. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment, including emissions, hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems.

Overtime, DOT compliance, and CDL Class B may be required. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, document work orders, and provide exceptional customer service while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of heavy equipment experience required
• Experience with emissions, hydraulics, engines, transmissions, HVAC and electrical systems preferred
• Must be able to obtain CDL Class B and DOT medical card
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must maintain safety policies and DOT compliance

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy construction equipment on-site or in field
• Document all work orders and service reports
• Operate and repair Tier 4 emission and EGR systems
• Mentor junior technicians and support team
• Communicate progress to supervisor and customers and maintain records
