Nagarro is seeking a senior HCM technology architect to design, govern, and guide enterprise HR solutions across multiple regions and vendors. You will own end-to-end integration architecture, including core HR, payroll, timekeeping, and data security.

Ideal candidates bring extensive UKG Pro experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex HR technology programs in global organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HCM/HR technology and enterprise solution architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro experience, ideally in architecture or solution leadership roles.
• Delivered in a complex enterprise landscape where UKG Pro, ADP and Workday coexist.
• Worked with global HR organizations spanning multiple countries and legal entities.
• UKG Pro expertise Deep knowledge of People Center / Core HR and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture governance and act as design authority across HR, Payroll, IT and Security.
• Lead architecture discussions with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, IT, Security, Integration and business stakeholders.
• Drive integration designs and data-ownership models across multiple HR systems and vendors.
