Job summary

Stryker's Mako Robotics team is seeking a Staff level UI/UX Designer to shape interfaces for robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery. Location options include Weston, FL or Kalamazoo, MI, with remote/hybrid flexibility subject to approval.

You will design and develop intuitive interfaces, create high-fidelity prototypes, translate clinical workflows into usable experiences, and produce production-ready specs while collaborating with engineers, product and design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design or related field required.
• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience required.
• Proficient with Figma and shared design systems.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, visually consistent interfaces for Mako applications.
• Create high-fidelity interfaces and reusable UI components using Figma.
• Translate clinical workflows into clear, usable software experiences.
