Stryker's Mako Robotics team seeks a Staff UI/UX Designer to craft high‑quality interfaces for THA software. You will translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive designs and production‑ready specs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to influence next‑gen robotic surgery UX.

You will lead design from concept to implementation, leveraging Figma, design systems, and a strong visual/interaction design background to ensure consistency and accessibility across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience required.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems; high-fidelity designs required.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop intuitive, visually consistent interfaces for Mako robotics software.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and researchers to incorporate feedback.
• Create production-ready UI specifications, components, and documentation.
