Stryker is seeking a Staff UI/UX Designer for the Mako Robotics team, focusing on intuitive interfaces for hip replacement applications. You will translate complex workflows into clear, production-ready designs and collaborate with engineering, product, and design across distributed teams.

Required are 4+ years in UI/UX, strong Figma skills, and proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop. Hybrid/remote flexibility is available with preference for Weston, FL location.

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Experience with design systems and high-fidelity interface designs.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop intuitive software interfaces for Mako surgical apps.
• Create high-fidelity designs, layouts, prototypes, and reusable UI components.
• Translate clinical workflows into functional, accessible software experiences.
• Apply typography, color, layout, navigation, and component states.
• Produce production-ready UI specifications for development teams.
• Manage design assets and documentation with version control.
