Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Senior UCC Engineer to lead migrations to Cisco Webex Calling and to support a nationwide UC environment from Lafayette Hills, PA. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, requirements gathering with stakeholders, and coordination with carriers and Cisco resources.

The ideal candidate has strong Webex Calling experience, can manage end-to-end migrations, and communicate effectively with business leaders while delivering ongoing UC support and potential managed services

Qualifications

• Strong Cisco UC background.
• Hands-on Webex Calling experience.
• Experience migrating legacy telephony environments to cloud.
• Experience supporting enterprise UC environments.
• Understanding of PSTN, number porting, carriers, dial plans, calling configuration, and migration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead migrations from legacy phone systems to Cisco Webex Calling.
• Gather technical and business requirements from Client profit centers and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and execute end-to-end Webex Calling migrations.
• Coordinate telephone number porting and carrier / provider activities.
• Support migration scheduling, implementation, validation, and post-cutover activities.
• Conduct demonstrations and explain the capabilities and business value of Cisco / Webex solutions.
• Provide ongoing administration and engineering support for the UC environment.
• Troubleshoot calling, configuration, connectivity, and user issues.
• Open and manage Cisco TAC cases as necessary.
• Assist with Webex Contact Center and related Cisco collaboration technologies.
• Partner with internal Client teams, Client, Cisco, telecommunications providers, and other vendors.
• Participate in occasional after-hours migrations and production cutovers.
• Help transition the environment toward a steady-state support / managed services model following the migration program.
