Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to lead enterprise voice migrations from on‑premises to cloud solutions. The role covers Cisco UC Cloud Calling, Webex Cloud Calling, and contact center deployments across multiple sites.

You will design, configure, test, and execute migrations, partnering with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to minimize business disruption while ensuring seamless voice, contact center, and collaboration capabilities.

Qualifications

Hands-on enterprise telecommunications or unified communications experience.
Experience migrating legacy/on‑premise telephony to cloud platforms.
Proficiency with Cisco UC Cloud Calling and Webex Cloud Calling.
Experience with Cisco Contact Center and Webex Contact Center.
Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, dial plans, number porting, and QoS.
Strong troubleshooting skills and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Lead the migration of legacy on‑prem phone systems to Cisco/Webex cloud calling.
Deploy and support Cisco UC Cloud Calling and/or Webex Cloud Calling.
Implement Cisco Contact Center and Webex Contact Center solutions.
Support Cisco AI Assistant for Webex Contact Center.
Gather requirements and translate them into deployment plans.
Coordinate number porting, call routing, dial plans, and cutovers.
Collaborate with carriers and vendors to resolve issues.
Work with network teams to prep sites for cloud voice migrations.
Troubleshoot voice, contact center, and collaboration issues.
Create documentation, runbooks, and cutover procedures.
Manage multiple migrations with minimal business disruption.
