NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a Senior/Principal-Level Collaboration Engineer to lead design, implementation, and governance of enterprise UC and collaboration platforms. The role focuses on Cisco Webex DI, Cisco Webex Calling, and Microsoft Teams within large-scale migrations.

Qualifications

• Senior/Principal level experience in Collaboration Engineering, UC Engineering, or UC Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex DI, Cisco Webex Calling, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience leading large-scale UC transformations and migrations.
• Strong Cisco Unified Communications background.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale voice and collaboration solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, architecture, documentation, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UC and collaboration solutions.
• Lead complex UC transformations and migrations involving Cisco UC, Webex DI, Webex Calling, and Teams.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership for collaboration architecture, integrations, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Develop scalable collaboration solutions across large enterprise environments.
• Support migration from legacy/on-prem UC platforms to cloud-based collaboration and calling solutions.
• Work with architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to define requirements and migration strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex voice, calling, conferencing, and collaboration issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Ensure collaboration solutions meet reliability, security, performance, and operational requirements.
