Job summary

CSPi Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Collaboration Solutions to lead our Unified Communications team in the US. The role focuses on strategic UC direction, design, implementation, and support of our UC portfolio, with emphasis on Cisco WebEx, UCM, and CCX.

The candidate will oversee operations, drive improvement, and support pre-sales activities for Hosted UCaaS while mentoring a growing UC team. Strong leadership and 10+ years UC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Unified Communications or related IT fields.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco WebEx, UCM, CCX and Microsoft Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of UC architecture, deployment and support.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong knowledge of UC architecture, deployment, and support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft TEAMS Calling or similar cloud-based UC solutions.
