Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a senior Enterprise Collaboration Lead to own and optimize the delivery of enterprise voice, video, contact center, and collaboration platforms across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will supervise and mentor analysts and engineers, manage complex escalations, and drive upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives for CUCM, Teams Phone, Webex, and Zoom ecosystems to improve reliability and end‑user experience.

Qualifications

10+ years supporting enterprise collaboration, Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom environments.
People management experience.
Expert knowledge of CUCM/Unity Connection and Cisco voice gateways/SBCs (MGCP, SIP, CUBE).
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom, Webex and call center platforms (Webex Contact Center, UCCE/UCCX).
PowerShell and Python scripting for automation and optimization.

Responsibilities

Own the Tier 1–3 operating model and service delivery for enterprise voice, collaboration, contact center, and recording platforms.
Lead escalations, incidents, and restoration coordination across on-prem and cloud environments.
Plan, test, and oversee upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives.
Manage day-to-day priorities, ticket queues, on-call coverage, and service reviews.
Oversee administration of the full collaboration stack and ensure standardization.
Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources and transition from project to operations.
Lead training, knowledge sharing, and adherence to technical standards.
Evaluate vendor solutions and drive platform capability improvements.
Lead architecture design for new deployments and service enhancements.
Lead Analysts and Engineers toward accountability and growth.
