Job summary
Gilder Search Group is seeking a Senior Unified Capabilities (UC) Engineer to join a DoD-focused program in Ft. Meade, MD.
You will lead UC design efforts, coordinate with security and network teams, and drive secure, scalable UC solutions for classified environments. The role requires deep expertise in CUCM, CUBE, SIP, and related UC technologies, with extensive experience in DoD or similarly sensitive environments.
Qualifications
- SME in UC design, endpoints, configuration and integration with other systems.
- Experience deploying secure UC solutions in DoD or classified environments.
- Proficient with voice gateways, SIP SBCs, SIP trunks and related UC protocols.
- Strong communication skills to brief senior leadership and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Contribute technical expertise in UC and collaboration technologies for DoD use on classified networks.
- Lead a team of UC engineers to develop secure UC prototypes and field evaluations.
- Define architecture and interface specs ensuring compliance with UCR, STIGs, and cybersecurity mandates.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, security engineers, and network teams for seamless integration.
