Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance with willingness to obtain TS/SCI CI Polygraph.
10+ years of enterprise telecommunications and Unified Communications engineering experience.
Expert knowledge of voice, video, collaboration systems and supporting networks.
Experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, and Microsoft Teams Voice.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise Unified Communications environments.
Provide leadership on strategic initiatives and mission-critical assignments.
Establish goals, roadmaps, and project plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Design, engineer, integrate, and optimize enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms including Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, and Microsoft Teams Voice.
Provide Tier 4 troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution for complex outages and performance issues.
Mentor team members and collaborate across all organizational levels.
