Job summary

Axon in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a seasoned Professional Services SME to accelerate customer adoption of Axon Air solutions across the United States. You will lead complex drone program deployments, ensure FAA Part 107 compliance, and coordinate with agencies and vendors for successful integrations.

You will serve as the primary technical advisor, deliver advanced training, and mentor PSMs while traveling up to 80% to locations across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5+ years in professional services, technical deployment, or UAS program management.
• FAA Part 107 certification required; higher certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with agency leaders and drone program managers across pre- and post-sale phases to design and enhance UAS programs.
• Lead large and/or complex program implementations with FAA Part 107 compliance and third-party integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for drone operations, configurations, and SaaS integrations.
• Develop and deliver advanced drone-related training programs for agencies to ensure long-term adoption.
• Mentor Axon Air PSMs and cross-functional partners; use Smartsheets to define scope and milestones.
