Axon is hiring a Professional Services Manager II for the Axon Air drones, remotely from the United States with up to 80% travel. You will lead deployments for law enforcement, enterprise and public safety agencies, acting as a trusted SME to ensure adoption and long-term success.

You will design deployment plans, oversee complex implementations, and guide customers through FAA regulations and integrations with third-party vendors. Strong leadership and mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in professional services, technical deployment, or UAS program management.
• FAA Part 107 certification required; advanced certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment of Axon drone technology for applicable agencies.
• Engage agency leaders and drone program managers during pre- and post-sale phases.
• Manage large and complex program implementations with FAA Part 107 compliance.
• Serve as primary technical contact for drone operations, configurations and SaaS integrations.
• Develop and deliver advanced drone-related training for agencies to ensure long-term adoption.
• Mentor Axon Air PSMs and cross-functional partners; share best practices.
• Use Smartsheets to define scope, track milestones and communicate status.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and improvements.
