Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Insurance, Underwriting or Market Facing area.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 4+ years in Insurance, Underwriting or Market Facing area.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ years in Insurance, Underwriting or Market Facing area and knowledge of the industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop UA Associates to deliver broker/customer experiences.
• Manage a team of 7-10 direct reports and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Optimize underwriting processes and ensure adherence to technical standards and controls.
• Oversee staffing decisions, training, and career development to support business growth.
• Build strong relationships across the business and represent the team in huddles and meetings.
