Zurich E&S is hiring an experienced UA Manager to join our Casualty Wholesale team. The role is based in Atlanta, GA; Scottsdale, AZ; Rocky Hill, CT; or NYC, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office weekly.

You will lead 7-10 UA Associates, drive underwriting improvements, and partner with producers on new business and renewals while traveling between offices as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Insurance/Underwriting/Market Facing area
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 4+ years in Insurance/Underwriting/Market Facing area
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ years in Insurance/Underwriting/Market Facing area
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and the legal and regulatory environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop UA Associates to deliver superior broker/customer experiences.
• Assess underwriting processes and implement standards, controls, and procedures.
• Follow up with producers to discuss status of new business and renewals.
• Perform customer service and account management tasks including billing and policy changes.
• Lead team in huddles, set development plans, and drive performance.
