Zurich E&S is seeking an experienced UA Manager to lead a Casualty Wholesale team in a hybrid role across Atlanta, GA; Scottsdale, AZ; Rocky Hill, CT or NYC. Lead 7-10 UA Associates, evaluate underwriting processes, and drive improvements while maintaining client service standards.

The role emphasizes staff development, cross-training, and senior leadership collaboration, with in-office presence three days per week and travel to other offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years in Insurance/Underwriting/Market Facing area.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree and 4+ years in Insurance/Underwriting/Market Facing area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years in Insurance/Underwriting/Market Facing area.

Responsabilités

• Meet operational performance goals for the team.
• Evaluate underwriting processes and implement standards and controls.
• Communicate with producers about new business, renewals, and renewals in process.
