Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a senior, hands-on media buyer to own acquisition across paid social channels in the US, from strategy and setup to testing, optimization, and reporting. You will manage large budgets and use AI tools to accelerate growth while maintaining policy compliance and account health.

The role requires a proven track record of profitable scale on platforms like Meta and AppLovin, with deep understanding of LTV, ROAS, and payback windows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid social/user acquisition.
• Experience running US-scale acquisitions.
• Proven success in policy-sensitive niches.
• Strong Meta Ads experience at scale.
• Hands-on with AppLovin as acquisition channel.
• Direct ownership of large budgets (ideally $1M+/month).
• Deep understanding of LTV, ROAS, payback, cohorts.
• Strong creative testing discipline.
• Ownership mentality with end-to-end channel management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acquisition across paid social networks (planning to scaling and reporting).
• Scale US spend while meeting payback, ROAS, and CPA targets.
• Build account structure, events, bidding, and budgets.
• Test new channels, audiences, formats, and placements.
• Run structured creative testing with clear hypotheses and rules.
• Manage signal quality and attribution across channels.
• Navigate policy rules and manage disapprovals and appeals.
• Protect account health with backups and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with reps on beta tests and escalations.
• Document tests and learnings, leveraging AI for speed.
