Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of Meta ads experience, a proven track record of scaling budgets with ROAS/LTV targets, and strong analytics skills in cohorts and payback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience running Meta ads for a B2C product.
• Proven track record of scaling UA budgets profitably (ROAS/CAC/LTV targets).
• Strong analytics skills: cohorts, payback, LTV.

Responsibilities

• Launch Meta UA end-to-end: strategy, launch, optimization, scaling.
