Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd. seeks a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own Meta paid traffic and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. You will manage seven-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, test strategies, and use AI to speed up optimization.

As part of an AI‑driven team, you’ll expand into additional sources like AppLovin, X, TikTok and Snapchat, ensuring CPA/ROAS targets are met while maintaining robust analytics and reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social management with Meta as the main platform.
• Experience managing $500k+ monthly ad spend with optimization.
• Multi-geo campaigns across countries/regions with data-driven scaling.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta paid social campaigns end‑to‑end: structure, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and scaling.
• Expand into new channels (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and test growth levers.
• Meet CPA/ROAS targets while scaling spend across GEOs.
• Collaborate with creative and data teams on testing, reports, and learnings.
• Protect account health, implement automation, and work with platform reps on betas.
• Document strategy, tests, and market trends for stakeholders.
