Job summary

RBC, located in Jersey City, seeks an Associate Director for U.S. Regulatory Reporting and Controls Management to lead the end-to-end FRB and OCC reporting processes, ensuring timely submissions and governance.

You will drive automation, optimize reporting platforms, and assess regulatory changes impacting RBC’s reporting obligations with a focus on internal controls and collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Audit teams. Strong leadership and proficiency with Axiom SL/Argus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of and experience in U.S. regulatory reporting within the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with Axiom SL, Argus, and/or similar reporting platforms including data integration and automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process for regulatory report preparation, review and timely submission of FRB and OCC reports and filings.
• Drive report automation, enhancements, and ongoing management of reporting platforms and processes.
• Develop and maintain a strong internal controls environment over regulatory reporting.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, LOB units, Audit and Controllers to execute change initiatives.
• Identify risk areas and drive corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regulatory reporting team.
