Job summary

Hargrove seeks a seasoned planner to manage planning and scheduling for heavy industrial projects. You will monitor costs, assist in estimates, and produce schedules that align with safety and constructability goals.

Work is performed under minimal supervision with strong collaboration across disciplines. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control, and estimating, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor/master preferred in construction related field.
• Ability to plan, schedule, estimate, and manage project costs with attention to detail.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues.
• Monitor and update schedules via meetings, field verification, and coordination interviews.
• Assist in change notice/ change order management and weekly hearings.
• Estimate durations and assist clients in developing project strategies for constructability and safety.
