Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Timberline Estimating and MS Office.
• Ability to develop construction cost estimates, schedules and man-hour budgets.
• Excellent communication and coordination with engineering disciplines and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule heavy industrial engineering projects and monitor project costs.
• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages and forecast activities.
• Maintain change notice/change order management system and assist in hearings.
• Develop estimates for construction projects and maintain the cost system.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure schedule and safety alignment.
