Qualifications

• Extensive coordination across engineering disciplines with attention to detail.
• Experience with cost reporting and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules through meetings, coordination interviews and field verifications.
• Maintain change notice/change order management and lead weekly hearings.
• Develop and maintain cost systems including commitments, change orders, invoices and reports.
• Estimate construction costs including change notices and related activities.
