Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks an experienced project controls professional to lead planning, scheduling and cost control for heavy industrial engineering projects. You will develop schedules, track progress, and forecast costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 5+ years in planning, scheduling, estimating, and related field; proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; and a Bachelor or higher in construction-related discipline preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Strong understanding of project controls and earned value concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to mentor teammates.
• Knowledge of industrial construction practices and safe scheduling coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules; gather updates from meetings and field verifications.
• Maintain change notice/change order management system and hearings.
• Assist in construction and contract strategy for constructability and logistics.
• Support cost estimates and quantity analysis for project activities.
