Qualifications

• Required experience in refinery turnarounds or related projects.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and execute complex shutdowns.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of refinery turnarounds, from planning to closeout.
• Lead turnaround teams, coordinate work, manage costs and materials.
• Develop critical paths, budgets, and schedules for TA activities.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, standards, and safety policies.
• Communicate closures and lessons learned for future TA planning.
