Job summary

Delek US Holding Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Leader to direct maintenance planning, routine maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects. The role emphasizes safe, environmentally compliant operations and leadership of a craft workforce to deliver reliable plant performance.

The position requires strong project management, scheduling, and collaboration with operations. The incumbent will drive reliability initiatives and participate in safety programs across the refinery environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Four or more years of maintenance experience in a refining/industrial/manufacturing facility are required.
• No licensure or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategies for maintenance planning, routine maintenance, turnaround planning/execution, and capital projects.
• Lead safety-focused and environmentally sound maintenance operations.
• Supervise craft teams and coordinate schedules and resources for weekly work plans.
• Develop and monitor daily scheduling, ensure quality, productivity and schedule adherence.
