Job summary

Delek US is seeking a Maintenance Leader to direct the maintenance function for refinery/industrial operations. You will oversee planning, execution of outages, and capital projects, while driving reliability and safety programs.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in refinery maintenance, strong leadership, and a track record of improving equipment reliability and safety performance within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years maintenance experience in refining or industrial facilities.
• No licensure or certification required.
• Ability to wear PPE and climb ladders or scaffolding as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and strategies for the maintenance function.
• Oversee maintenance planning, routine maintenance, turnaround planning/execution and capital/expense projects.
• Participate in labor management committees and develop strategic/operational plans and budgets.
• Ensure safe, environmentally sound and reliable operations of the Maintenance department.
• Lead craft teams and coordinate with Operations to optimize daily work schedules.
