Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a senior maintenance leader to drive planning, execution, and capital projects across refinery operations. You will guide safe, reliable performance and participate in labor-management activities to align with strategic goals.

The role requires extensive management experience in large production environments, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a full-time on-site leadership position at our Texas facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu of this, equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• Ten or more years of management experience.
• Fifteen or more years of maintenance experience in large production operations.
• No licensure or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across all sites with focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Develop and oversee maintenance planning, turnaround, and capital/expense projects.
