Program Engineering Manager and operates on a hybrid schedule from our Phoenix location. You will drive design-to-cost initiatives, lead trade studies and RCCA activities, and mentor early career engineers while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 8+ years directly related engineering experience in the design, development, manufacture, and/or test of gas turbine engines or similarly complex mechanical systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, test and in-service support activity, on schedule, on budget and in compliance with all technical requirements.
• Serve as the single point engineering leader for the assigned scope and lead a diverse cross-functional team.
• Implement design-to-cost and variation-reduction strategies.
• Communicate project status with internal and external customers.
• Guide and develop early career engineers.
