Zusammenfassung

Arup is seeking a Mechanical Tunnel Ventilation Leader to bolster our New York leadership team and drive project delivery and thought leadership across North America. You will develop new client relationships, lead bids, and coordinate with business leaders across highways, rail, water, and energy sectors.

The role requires extensive experience in tunnel ventilation design, CFD modelling, and a strong track record in client-facing project management, with a focus on safety and sustainability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with in-depth understanding of fluid flow, heat, and mass transfer governing equations.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in tunnel ventilation system design and CFD modelling.
• Knowledge of tunnel ventilation regulations including NFPA 130 and NFPA 502; Professional Engineer in NY or NJ.

Aufgaben

• Create and lead client relationship development; prepare compelling service offerings and bids.
• Support revenue generation to maintain billable targets for staff.
• Collaborate with leaders to advance regional strategy and member development.
• Lead technical delivery and ensure quality and commercial results for tunnel ventilation projects.
• Provide technical leadership in ventilation and fire life safety design across North America.
• Manage projects with a focus on safety, scope, schedule and budget.
