Zusammenfassung

STV seeks a highly accomplished Structural/Tunneling Engineering Manager in New York City to lead multidisciplinary teams on major underground transportation projects. The role combines technical leadership, project management, and client development to deliver complex tunnels, stations and underground structures.

The candidate will guide planning, design and construction, serving as EOR where required, and manage QA/QC across diverse teams while supporting business growth in the Northeast.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).
• Master's degree in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
• PE license required; 15+ years of experience in structural engineering or tunneling.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Experience with underground transit/rail projects.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software and design codes.

Aufgaben

• Lead structural design for tunnels and underground structures.
• Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) as needed.
• Provide direction for tunnel support and lining systems.
• Lead project planning, staffing, scheduling and budgeting.
• Coordinate across structural, geotechnical, civil, rail, and construction management teams.
• Mentor engineers and manage QA/QC processes.
• Support business development and client engagement in the Northeast.
