Job summary

Insight Global in Reston, VA seeks a Task Order Project Manager to direct a large-scale program. You will lead a cross-functional team from discovery through deployment, partnering with OEMs to meet budget and schedule. On-site support is required up to four days per week, with a TS clearance baseline and potential TS/SCI.

Travel as needed. The role demands 10+ years of technical project management, experience with RMF/ATO, and familiarity with Workday ERP.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance at minimum; TS/SCI preferred.
• 10+ years of general technical project management experience.
• Experience with federal programs, IC or DoD preferred.
• Experience with RMF steps and tasks, and achieving ATO.
• PMI-ACP or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide directions, remove obstacles, and manage a large-scale program.
• Lead a cross-functional development team through all development phases.
• Partner with OEMs to deliver quality work on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as single point of contact with client leadership; liaise across teams.
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with business strategies.
• Manage schedules, resources, and progress across multiple teams.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Prepare status reports and manage risks and issues.
