Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Task Order Program Manager in Arlington, VA to lead multiple Task Orders under a US Government IC contract. The role partners with account teams, PMO, and government stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliant program execution.

The candidate will manage cross-functional programs, apply technical business development insights, and maintain TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. This position is based in Northern Virginia with strong leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Master's degree, or PMP (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Task Order Manager for multiple Task Orders under a large IC contract.
• Work with the PMO and communicate contract policies, purposes, and goals to internal AWS teams.
• Enforce work standards, assign schedules, and review work discrepancies related to this contract.
• Serve as a primary Point of Contact (POC) for the government with regards to assigned Task Orders.
• Meet regularly with AWS internal teams to develop effective methods for assuring timely delivery of Task Order commitments.
• Develop and execute effective methods of communication among AWS and government stakeholders.
• Meet regularly with account teams to help advance new opportunities.
