Job summary

D2 Consulting seeks a Project/Implementation Manager to lead critical IT programs for an intelligence community customer. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage scope and milestones, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a high-stakes environment. A TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years of program management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or task management experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large teams with complex workflows.
• Experience supporting government clients, preferably within intelligence or defense.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
• Confident coordinating across teams and adapting to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects and systems engineering tasks.
• Drive technical staff, including engineers, developers, operations teams and service lanes.
• Manage scope, schedule, milestone-based invoicing inputs, and resource allocation.
• Proactively mitigate risks and drive rapid solutions to ensure zero mission downtime.
• Serve as the primary liaison to intelligence customer stakeholders.
• Host high-level technical exchange meetings and participate in program reviews.
