Job summary

Qualifications

• PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 16 years progressive experience in Program/Project management.
• Experience in Intelligence Community; Cyber Security or Cyber Intelligence preferred.
• Ability to transition across multiple tasks quickly.
• Experience managing contracts over $400M.
• Knowledge of customer processes, programs, and policies.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to interface with senior government staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the contract, including staffing and financial management.
• Provide leadership to employees and subcontractors; mentor team members.
• Define tasks with the customer to set expectations and maintain baselines.
• Prepare staffing plans, forecast program financial performance, and deliver reports.
• Coordinate with security on crossover/orientation and timekeeping guidance.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff as needed; manage LOE and completion contracts.
