Job summary

Groundswell seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a flagship IC modernization program in Reston, VA. You will oversee contract execution, IMS, risk management, finance, and customer coordination to ensure on-time delivery and QA compliance.

You will work with OEM and government stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with the program plan. A TS/SCI clearance and Workday experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in information systems, engineering, business, or equivalent.
• PMP certification or equivalent is required.
• DAWIA Level Three is preferred for program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program management and contract execution.
• Develop IMS and manage cross-functional schedules and risks.
• Coordinate with OEM, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and invoicing.
• Provide governance and reporting on schedule, risk, and deliverables.
• Ensure QA and contractual commitments are met.
