Job summary

You will read service bulletins, order parts, and document work in the dealer management system.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Dealership experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate computer diagnostic devices, laptops and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and related failures on trucks or equipment.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble engines, transmissions, brakes, and related systems.
• Read and understand technical publications and service bulletins to assist work.
• Determine usability of parts, list and order parts using the dealer management system.
• Complete work accurately and timely per time standards.
• Document all work performed in the dealer management system.
• Perform work safely per OSHA and company rules; maintain attendance and tool stewardship.
• Maintain certifications as required by company, OEMs or federal law.
