Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience strongly preferred.
Prior experience in SaaS sales with ability to manage full sales cycle.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Prior experience leading fast-paced, results-driven customer-facing teams for SaaS or Product-Led Growth.
You are a true people coach, mentoring and developing others.

Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership, coaching, and empowering Trial Experience Specialists to enhance performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for management inquiries and customer support escalations.
Facilitate training sessions with Leads and Managers for ongoing support and new hire training.
Monitor team and department health, contributing to strategic development.
Track and report on individual and team performance metrics with feedback for improvement.
Identify areas for process redesign to improve service quality.
Address and resolve advanced customer requests with thorough documentation.
Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage teamwork.
Execute additional tasks as business needs evolve.
