• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Trial Experience Managers to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Drive staffing, goals, and resource planning.
• Coach teams against KPIs and drive improvement.
• Lead automation and AI-driven process improvements.
• Partner with Director to set targets and measure success.
• Escalation point for high-severity issues.
