• Strong relationship-building with senior leadership, teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Trial Experience Managers to solve customer issues and achieve high satisfaction.
• Drive staffing, goal setting and resource planning aligned with organizational goals.
• Coach and hold managers accountable against KPIs, policies and procedures with detailed analysis.
• Identify process improvements to boost team efficiency and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Director, Trial Experience to set sales targets and KPIs for trial-to-paid efforts.
