HighLevel is seeking a Senior Manager of the Trial Experience team to lead and grow a high-performing group focused on guiding prospective customers through trials using the HighLevel platform. You will collaborate with customer-facing teams to drive engagement, optimize processes, and align efforts with business goals.

You will manage performance, coach leaders, and implement scalable practices while maintaining a data-driven, customer-obsessed culture that delivers measurable trial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred.
• 10+ years leading fast-paced, customer-facing teams in SaaS.
• 5+ years staffing, performance management and coaching front-line employees.
• Strong people manager with mentoring and team development.
• Comfort with data analytics and driving KPIs across teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Trial Experience Managers focused on resolving customer issues and driving satisfaction.
• Contribute to staffing, goal setting and resource planning.
• Coach and develop managers, holding them accountable to KPIs and policies.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and engagement.
• Design sales targets and KPIs with leadership to optimize trial-to-paid conversion.
